Naturally curious, I’ve always been captivated by the importance of professional life in our society, and wanted to question and advise those close to me in their projects.
I confirmed my interest in consultancy and human relations by training in employment law. Moving into human resources was an obvious choice. The energy and authenticity of the fashion industry seduced me and convinced me to specialize in this sector.

At the crossroads of passions…
My experience at Hermès and prestigious schools (Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale and Institut Français de la Mode) have sharpened my understanding of the players, organizations and professions specific to the fashion industry.
I set up LINE UP two years ago, to combine my coaching and recruiting skills and provide more authentic support on these strategic corporate issues. For me, personal fulfillment is the key to the success of individual and collective projects. It must be at the heart of decision-making.
